1st things 1st there are cigarettes all over the floor and it isn't pleasing for non-smokers, they could at least have an ash tray or at least another bin
2nd thing it's not very asceticly pleasing in the restaurant as there's a lot of germy areas and the workers don't seem to care.
Personally this rule should be made.
College students shouldn't park their cars in the car park and should have their own car park
